When you receive the parcel, never forget to make an unboxing video and check the product in the same video. In case of any damage or defect, show it clearly in the video (the video shouldn't be edited or don't have any cuts or pauses between). We provide a replacement policy in case of any damage or defect to the product during the transit time. To initiate the replacement process, contact us on our WhatsApp and tell us the problem in brief and send an unboxing video. If you provide a genuine reason and valid video proof, then we will replace the product. Note: We provide a damage or defect replacement policy only, so if you receive any defective or damaged product, then you have to initiate the replacement process the same day. If you tell us the problem the next day or after a few days, then we will not be able to replace the product.
